Spinal Posterior Approach Internal Fixation System (Minimally Invasive)

The Spinal Posterior Approach Internal Fixation System (Minimally Invasive) consists of minimally invasive screws, rods, and setscrews. All components of the system are fabricated from titanium alloy (TC4ELI) that conforms to the requirements specified in GB/T 13810. The product is available in two packaging forms: sterilized and non-sterilized; the sterilized packaging adopts radiation sterilization and has a sterile shelf life of 5 years.

Scope of Application

For posterior spinal fixation of the thoracolumbar spine.

Product Features

★ The screws adopt a hollow structure design to facilitate precise guidance.

★ The pre-bent rod design conforms to the normal physiological curvature of the human body.

★ The setscrews feature a torx design to prevent slippage during threading; their square thread design avoids cross-threading.

★ The extra-long arm screw design simplifies the surgical procedure.

Product Advantages

• The system supports percutaneous approach technology; the incision size is only sufficient for screw implantation, which reduces the dissection of muscles, ligaments and other soft tissues and effectively lowers postoperative pain.

• It is compatible with 5.5mm and 6.0mm systems, catering to the needs of different patient populations.

• The screws are designed with three thread forms to accommodate people with different symptoms; among them, the double thread design improves initial stability and enhances pull-out resistance.

• It simplifies surgical instruments and enables easy operation.

• Screws of different arm lengths can be selected according to compatible instruments.
